Detailed Itinerary of 4 Days Masai Mara Tour
Day 1: Pick up from the Airport/Hotel in Nairobi and transfer to Masai Mara National Park
Your driver guide will pick you from the Hotel/ Airport then take you through a meet and greet session as he briefs you about the safari. He shall then transfer you in a 4×4 safari vehicle through scenic terrain vegetation watching the stunning highlands of Kenya with the rift valley to Masai Mara National Reserve for a period of 2 to 3 hours. After a while you shall reach Masai Mara National Reserve for relaxation, Dinner and Overnight. Neptune Mara Rianta Camp
Day 2: Full Day Game Drive & Cultural Visit
After an early breakfast you will drive to Masai Mara, you will have a full day game drive in the park. Watch Africa’s Big Five Wildlife animals i.e lions, leopards, elephants, rhinos and buffaloes along with other animals like hippos, crocodiles and various bird species.
At mid day, break off for lunch then later in the afternoon, proceed to enjoy cultural experiences with the local Masai people who shall take you through their cultural traditions and customs through traditional dances. In the evening, you shall proceed to enjoy another Game Drive watching lions, leopards and other wildlife animals wander around their natural vegetation habitat. Day 3: Full Day Game Drive & Optional Hot Air Balloon Safari
Today you shall have another full Day Game Drive. You transfer with packed lunch to the park and once you here, traverse tracks from one point to another watching wildlife animals wander around their natural habitat. The wildlife animals you watch include; lion, leopard, rhino, buffalo, cheetahs, leopards, elephants, wildebeest, zebras, giraffes and various antelopes.
At mid day, you break off for lunch then later in the afternoon, you shall embark on an optional Hot Air Balloon Safari to get an aerial view of the vast Savannah as well as Wildlife animals wandering around their natural vegetation habitat. The balloon ride includes a traditional champagne breakfast in the bush. After the balloon safari, you can transfer back to your lodge. if you don’t want the balloon safari, you can do an evening Game Drive that goes till late. Dinner and Overnight at Manyatta Tented Camp.
Day 4: Game Drive & Departure
Breakfast then proceed to enjoy a Game Drive along the varying tracks in the park. As you move from one point to another the wildlife animals you watch include; lion, leopard, rhino, elephant, buffalo, wildebeest, zebras, giraffes and various antelopes etc. At mid day, break off for lunch then later continue on departure to Nairobi or the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport to board flight back home.
