Detailed Itinerary of the 5 Days Uganda Gorilla trekking Tour

Day 1: Arrival at Entebbe International Airport

Arrive at the Entebbe International Airport then get picked up by a driver guide who takes you through a meet and greet session. He shall then transfer you to explore the Mabamba Wetland Swamp where you watch the shoebill stork. Take many photos to keep then after proceed to check-in lodge/ hotel for Dinner and Overnight. Day 2: Transfer to Bwindi Forest National Park

Breakfast in the morning then proceed to the vast beautiful Bwindi Forest National Park. You travel for a period of 7 to 8 hours until you get to Bwindi Forest National Park with en-route views of the green terrain, bird species as well as lunch break at Agip Motel. After lunch, continue to check-in lodge/ hotel for Dinner and Overnight. Buhoma lodge.

Day 3: Gorilla Trekking at Bwindi Forest National Park

Today is Gorilla Trekking Day: Wake up early morning then transfer to the park headquarters. When you reach here, you are welcomed by park ranger guides who take you through precise briefing about the conduct around the Mountain Gorillas.

After briefing, he shall allocate you into groups of 8 with lead park guides who transfer you to the starting points where you leave from to enter the green forest to trek the Gorillas.

Follow varying trails in the thick forest vegetation for a period of 3 to 5 hours depending on the reported location of the Gorillas.

After a while following these, you shall later meet the Gorillas and stay in their presence for an hour taking many photos to keep. After trekking the Gorillas, you shall return to the lodge for relaxation, Dinner and Overnight. Buhoma Lodge.

Day 4: Batwa Community Cultural Walk

Wake up have breakfast then proceed to enjoy a community cultural adventure with the local indigenous Batwa people. You transfer with a park ranger guide who informs you about the Batwa people. You shall meet the Batwa and get to know about their livelihood, cultures and traditions. Engage in Music, Dance and Drama as well as other activities that make the whole adventure incredible creating memories that can last for a lifetime. After the Batwa Cultural encounter, you shall return to lodge for Dinner and Overnight. Buhoma Lodge.

Day 5: Depart to Entebbe Airport

Morning breakfast then with luggage embark on departure to the Entebbe International Airport to board your flight back home.
