7 Days Tanzania Safari is incredible to do on safari in Tanzania as you explore Serengeti National Park and Ngorongoro Crater. This 7 Days Tanzania Safari is exceptional for all travelers on holiday vacation in Tanzania as they watch numerous wildlife animals wander around their natural vegetation habitat.

This 7 Day Safari allows you to experience the highlights of the Northern Safari Circuit. We experience breath-taking wildlife in the midst of some of the most diverse of landscapes, lions in trees, Cheetahs, Leopards, herds of wildebeest and zebras, elephants amongst the acacias, and a huge variety of animals inside a collapsed volcano.

We will also visit the world-famous Serengeti National Park. The landscapes are jaw-dropping and the variety and volume of wildlife we will see.

Detailed Itinerary of the 7 Days Tanzania Safari

Day 1: Arrival in Tanzania and transfer to your hotel

At the airport, your driver guide will receive you and transfer you to a hotel in Arusha. Arrive at your hotel and check in. Relax and rewind from the long flight at your hotel. Your safari guide will later join you at the hotel for a briefing about this upcoming trip.

Day 2: Transfer to Serengeti National Park

Have an early morning breakfast at your hotel in Arusha, you will transfer to Arusha Airport for a flight to the Serengeti. Arrive at Seronera Airstrip in Serengeti National Park.

Your driver guide will be readily waiting for you at the airstrip. From the airstrip, you will have an en-route drive to your booked safari lodge or Camp.

Arrive at the lodge and check in. while at the lodge, enjoy the breathtaking sceneries of the stunning Serengeti. After lunch, you will depart your lodge and embark on an afternoon game drive for opportunities to spot resident wildlife species. You will enjoy witnessing the variety of wildlife in the park including hyenas, cheetahs, warthogs, zebras, giraffes, African wild dogs, wildebeest, gazelles, and several antelope species.

Later drive back to your lodge for relaxation and dinner.

Day 3: Full Day Safari in Serengeti

Today you will adventure the Serengeti National Park on full day basis. Start your day early in the morning with a sumptuous breakfast. After breakfast, depart your lodge for a thrilling morning game drive when most animals are active and Nocturnals returning back to their hiding spots.

Your driver guide will take you to some of the best wildlife viewing locations in the park. After your thrilling morning game drive, you will return back to your lodge.

Arrive at the lodge, have lunch, and a short rest. After lunch, you will enjoy another thrilling game drive in the afternoon. Search for the African Big Five and other wildlife in the park. As you day comes to a close, drive back to your lodge where you can relax and have a delicious meal.

Day 4: Hot Air Balloon Safari & afternoon relaxation

Today you will have the opportunity to witness the spectacular Serengeti National Park from above. Wake up early in the morning and drive to Seronera for your hot air balloon ride over the Serengeti plains.

After your thrilling balloon ride over the Serengeti plains, you will return to the starting point. At the starting point, you will be offered a champagne breakfast in the bush before returning to the lodge. Spend the rest of the day at leisure, perhaps relaxing by the pool or indulging in spa treatment. For those interested in more adventure can enjoy an optional cultural experience in the afternoon.

Day 5: Transfer from Serengeti to Ngorongoro

After breakfast, embark on an en-route drive in Serengeti as you proceed to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Enjoy one more sight of the stunning Serengeti National Park.

Arrive in Ngorongoro and proceed to your booked safari lodge. At the lodge you will be serves a sumptuous meal. After lunch, you will descend 600 meters into the Ngorongoro crater for your wildlife viewing experience. Enjoy exploring the diversity in the crater floor and the stunning views of the crater. Later as day transforms into night, ascend back to the crater rim where your safari lodge is located.

Day 6: Full day exploring Ngorongoro Crater

Wake up early in the morning and enjoy breakfast at your lodge. After breakfast, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a full-day game drive with your packed lunch boxes. Marvel at the incredible wildlife diversity within the crater, enjoy spotting lions, elephants, hippos, among other wildlife.

You will have a stop in between the game drive for a picnic lunch at a scenic spot within the crater. After lunch, you will continue with your adventure in the area. Visit Lake Magadi, known for its charming array of birdlife especially flamingos. Explore this area and discover some of Kenya’s unique, endangered and migratory birdlife. After your adventure, drive back to your lodge.

Day 7: Transfer to the airport

Wake up at your lodge and have breakfast at leisure. After breakfast, transfer to Arusha Airport for your onward journey or extension to other destinations. Lunch will be en-route.
