3 Day Serengeti Safari starts from Arusha then to Serengeti National Park known to offer amazing Wildlife Safaris. On this 3 Day Serengeti Safari, travelers get to watch the various wildlife animals wander around their natural vegetation habitat of the Serengeti Plains.

This 3 days adventure in Serengeti National Park starts and ends in Arusha offering travelers a great chance to encounter Africa’s Big five, Wildebeest, Zebras, Gazelles, Cheetah, Hyena, among others.

Detailed Itinerary of the 3 Day Serengeti Safari

Day 1: Transfer to Serengeti national park

Set off after breakfast at 7 am for the transfer to Serengeti National Park exploring the en-route landscapes in the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and past the Olduvai gorge – the site where the skull of early man was discovered by Dr. Louis and Mary Leaky. Proceed to Serengeti for an exciting afternoon wild game viewing experience.

It is an incredible destination with endless savannah plains dotted with counts of wild game including the Big five namely; Buffalos, Elephants, Lions, Leopards, and Rhinos; great counts of wildebeest, gazelle, Zebra, and many more.

You shall then reach the Park and proceed to check-in lodge for relaxation, Dinner and Overnight.

Day 2: Full day Game Drive in Serengeti

The day is dedicated to an extensive game drive in Serengeti National Park for both morning and afternoon game viewing experience. The great Serengeti Mara Ecosystem is home to the famous annual Great Migration where Millions of Wildebeest, hundreds of thousands of Zebras, and hundreds of Thompsons Gazelles cross the crocodile-infested Grumeti and Mara rivers to Maasai Mara and back which is the more rewarding moment to explore but would require more days in Serengeti. The rare antelopes like Roan Antelope, Klipspringer, lesser Kudu, dik-dik, fringe-eared oryx also exist.

On a full Day Game Drive, you shall enjoy breakfast early at 6:30 am then transfer with packed lunch to the park traversing from one track to another with binoculars, cameras etc watching the Big Five wildlife animals in Africa as well as other animals wandering around their natural vegetation habitat.

On Game Drive, the park ranger guides inform you about the National Park, wildlife animals as well as the safari activities you can do. Afterwards, proceed watching wildlife then break off for lunch at mid day and later continue on another Game Drive that goes till late evening. After the Game Drive adventure, you shall continue back to your lodge for Dinner and Overnight.

Day 3: En-route Game drive and transfer to Arusha

Have breakfast then with your luggage embark on an en-route Game Drive watching wildlife wander around their habitat. After a while taking photos, continue to the awesome Arusha or the Kilimanjaro International Airport to board a flight back home.
